Business performance improvement grants.
- Up to £750 towards the cost of producing a thorough strategic business plan to propell you out of the recession if your business is in Yorkshire and Humberside
- A £500 grant to help you to improve your Leadership Skills, this is 100% funding - you have nothing more to pay!
- A £725 subsidy to the £950 cost of an intensive 3 day course that will give you a STEP CHANGE in your business performance and help you to get your finances right for now and the upturn.

Business Planning grants
There is a range of grant support for you to assist you in Leading your Business and your Top team in Strategic and Business planning.
If your business is in the following sectors in any geographic area you can receive up to £1,000 in grant support for the services that Hilton Services provides to you:
- Aerospace
- Automotive
- Bioscience
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Marine
- Mechanical
- Metals
- Pharmaceuticals
You must be a Small to Medium sized enterprise business (SME) and independently owned and the definition is as follows:
- Employing less than 250 people,
- Not owned by a larger company or part of a group employing more than 250 people
- Annual turnover must not exceed 50 million Euro and/or have a balance sheet total not exceeding 43 million Euro.
There are lots of other grants to support your business including
Assistance with training and development of you and your employees to acquire qualifications that your business needs
- A 1st NVQ level 2, or 2nd NVQ level 2 is fully funded
- A 1st NVQ level 3 and a 2nd NVQ level 3 is 70% funded
- Apprenticeships from 16 to 18 year olds can be fully funded
